All participants will pick up their numbers, t-shirts and goodie bags at our host hotel, The Courtyard by Marriott in Foothill Ranch, on Saturday, May 21st  from 11am-6pm. In addition, we will have a Multi-Sports Expo at the hotel on Saturday as well as on Sunday down by the Lake.

Race Day Packet Pickup: Individuals utilizing the race day packet pickup option for the OCTri have to: 

1) sign up online via Active.com  and prepay the additional fee ($30); 
2) be a USAT member or have paid online for a one-day license;
3) drop off their running gear in a plastic trash bag with their name printed boldly on it (it will be placed under a row of bike racks at the north end of T2, so as to make it easily recognizable) to the mobile home/race center near T1 at the lake between 5-6am race morning where they will also pick up their packet, t-shirt and transponder. 

Late packet pick-up is at the Lake from 5am-6am. Bring shoes/running gear in a bag and drop off where you pick up your number, t-shirt & transponder. The bag will be taken to T-2 after 6am and placed in Late Packet Pick-up bike rack area. When you get there at the end of the bike tell them you need to be directed to Late Packet Pick-up Bike Rack Area.

At 6am, one of our volunteers will take all of the bags over to T2, so don't be late. Make sure to bring your picture ID and license. 

USAT Licenses: Photo ID and Proof of USAT license are required for packet pickup. If you do not have an annual license or did not purchase a one-day license when you registered, you must purchase a one-day license for $10.00 and sign a waiver when you pick up your packet. Parent signature for minors a must!!!

DIRECTIONS: From the 5 Freeway – El Toro Road (North), Left on Portola Pkwy to just past the 241 Toll Rd., the hotel is located on the left; or from the 241Toll Road to Portola Exit, north to the hotel.

PARKING for the Packet Pick-up & Sports Expo: All parking for the participants and spectators will be at the Courtyard By Marriott Parking area.
